SITE Encourages Graduates to Become Role Models of Integrity
VICTORIA, Seychelles — The Seychelles Institute of Teacher Education (SITE) has encouraged its 2025 graduates to be role models of integrity in their future careers, during the graduation ceremony which was attended by the Minister for Education and senior officials. The graduates were reminded of the importance of embracing the values of the teaching profession and of contributing positively to the development of Seychelles.
Other top awardees at the ceremony included Bertline, who received the Most Improved Award, and Shanah Jouaneau, who won the Diploma in Education – Primary. The other best awardees were recognised for their academic excellence and their contributions to the life of the institute throughout their studies.
SITE officials congratulated the graduates and noted that the country’s future depends on the quality of its teachers. The institute reaffirmed its commitment to continuing to provide high-quality teacher education that prepares graduates to be agents of positive change in Seychelles’ schools and communities.
