Soul Seychelles Launches Corporate Wellness Programme

VICTORIA, Seychelles — Soul Seychelles took a major step in improving corporate wellness with its official launch at the Laila Resort at the end of last year. Professionals from various industries gathered to explore how holistic well-being practices can improve workplaces and individual lives. The event highlighted the importance of well-being at work, a growing trend globally but still quite new in Seychelles.
Corporate wellness has been shown to benefit companies by reducing absenteeism, increasing employee engagement and boosting productivity. Soul Seychelles aims to bring these benefits to Seychelles with wellness programmes that are backed by science, addressing the challenges many workplaces face today. What makes Soul Seychelles stand out is its combination of neuroscience and psychology with practical wellness experiences. Its programmes go beyond just theory; they focus on real-world practices that create lasting changes for both individuals and teams.
Founders Lucie Harter, an integrative wellness practitioner who specialises in movement arts, yoga, applied neurology and stress management, and Anne Kernanec, a psychotherapist with expertise in trauma, use hypnotherapy, neuroscience and NLP to help people unlock their potential and build resilience. During the launch event, attendees took part in activities like movement arts, breathwork, hypnosis and interactive sessions. The company offers tailored wellness programmes that range from single workshops to long-term solutions for businesses, covering stress management, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution and leadership development.
