Nouvobanq Launches Nationwide Logo Design Competition for 35th Anniversary

VICTORIA, Seychelles — Local bank Nouvobanq has launched a nationwide logo design competition to mark its 35th anniversary, inviting Seychellois of all ages to design a logo that represents the institution’s values, history, and contribution to the country.

The initiative, announced at a small ceremony held at the bank last week, will run until early 2026, with participants given a clear deadline to complete and submit their entries. The winning design will be used as the bank’s official visual identity for the anniversary year and beyond.

In his address, the bank’s chief executive, Patrick Joubert, said the competition reflects Nouvobanq’s core values of community, innovation, and service, and offers an opportunity for Seychellois to help shape the visual identity of an important local institution. He said the response so far has been encouraging, with entries already received from across the islands.

The bank will promote the competition through its branches, social media channels, and partner schools throughout 2026.
