Tyler Schwerm Wins Multinational School Bahrain’s First Mascot Design Competition

VICTORIA, Seychelles — Eleven-year-old Tyler Schwerm, a Seychellois-German student at the Multinational School Bahrain, has made history by winning the school’s first-ever mascot design competition. His creative drawing will now become the school’s official mascot, a design that will be remembered by students for years to come.

‘As parents, we always encourage our children to take part in different activities — you never know when it will be their time to shine. This was truly Tyler’s moment,’ his parents, Nadia and Benedikt Schwerm, said, adding that they are extremely proud of their son’s achievement. They noted that the experience has given Tyler confidence and a sense of belonging in the international school environment.
