Fannal Restaurant Brings Casual Dining Experience and Local Flavours to Seychelles

VICTORIA, Seychelles — Fannal, a new restaurant in Seychelles, is offering a casual dining experience aimed at guests seeking a relaxed and enjoyable meal in a comfortable setting. Owners Mr and Mrs Hassan shared that the restaurant’s concept centres on fresh, locally sourced ingredients, with most produce coming from local farmers and fishermen on the islands.

This commitment to local sourcing allows the restaurant to serve fresh and sustainable meals to its guests, while also supporting the agricultural and fishing communities. Mrs Hassan said the overall ambience is intimate and cosy, providing a welcoming and peaceful setting for guests to enjoy their meals. She added that the restaurant also plans to host live music on certain days, depending on availability, to enhance the dining experience.

Fannal offers vegan options and some gluten-free choices, with the chef always happy to cater to any dietary requirements, ensuring everyone can enjoy their meals. The restaurant is positioned as a place where Seychellois hospitality meets modern dining expectations, contributing to the country’s reputation for quality food and welcoming service.
