VICTORIA, Seychelles — President Wavel Ramkalawan has addressed invited guests at a community event, in an address that highlighted the importance of working together to build a stronger Seychelles. The event brought together members of the community, government officials, and partners to mark a moment of recognition and reflection.
During the event, members from Praslin received a token for completing a community programme, in acknowledgement of their contribution to the development of the island. The President congratulated the recipients and thanked all those who continue to serve their communities with dedication and pride.
The event was an opportunity to celebrate the achievements of the community and to reaffirm the government’s commitment to working hand in hand with Seychellois to address the challenges of today and to seize the opportunities of tomorrow. The community expressed gratitude for the recognition and reaffirmed its commitment to working with the government for the good of the country.
