The business, based at her residence in Anse Royale, partners with delivery services such as Wheelies and Mon Drayver to handle deliveries, allowing her to reach customers across the islands.
‘Our main focus is on crafting beautifully presented charcuterie boards and platters, that are often customised for different events, all designed to offer a unique and delicious experience to our customers,’ said Lyshad, who explained that the idea behind the business came from a deep love for food and entertaining. After running the business for almost two years, she has learned to love every minute of it, despite challenges in sourcing high-quality ingredients consistently and standing out in a growing market.
Lyshad also supports other small local businesses such as Elite Moments for birthday picnics, wedding proposals and picnic dates. Her long-term vision is to establish a strong, sustainable brand that not only delivers exceptional quality but also fosters a sense of connection and celebration through food. She also partners with her mother Lydia Basset when she is unavailable, taking advantage of key events and holidays to introduce new and creative offerings.
