Appointment of the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Seychelles Licensing Authority (SLA)
The Office of the President has today announced the appointment of Ms. Wendy Boniface as the new Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Seychelles Licensing Authority (SLA).
Ms. Boniface holds a BSc in Business Administration (Human Resource Management) and brings over 12 years of senior leadership experience across the public and private sectors. She served at the Ministry of Labour and Human Resource Development from 2013 to 2014, where she was a member of the Executive Management Team. From 2014 to 2018, she worked at the Seychelles Petroleum Company Limited, holding senior roles in industrial relations, human resources, and administration. Between 2021 and 2024, she held senior management positions at United Concrete Products (Seychelles) Ltd, leading human resources and public relations functions. Most recently, from 2024 to 2025, she served as Head of Human Resources and Administration at Pillay R Group.
Ms. Boniface’s appointment as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Seychelles Licensing Authority (SLA) takes effect on 2nd February 2026.
