Appointment of the Board of the Prevention of Drug Abuse and Rehabilitation Agency

The Office of the President has today announced the appointment of the new Board of the Prevention of Drug Abuse and Rehabilitation Agency.

Mr. Benjamin Vel has been appointed as Chairperson, and Mr. Michel Pierre as Vice-Chairperson.

The other Board Members are:

Mrs. Marcelle Hoareau                                        

Mrs. Beryl Payet                                                          

Mr. John Ondiek                                                                                                               

Mr. Fady Banane                                                                                                                                                                                      

The Board Members have been appointed for a period of 5 years, effective from 16th February 2026.
