Gaelle Morel Crowned Miss Regatta 2025 in Beau Vallon Finale

VICTORIA, Seychelles — Gaelle Morel has been crowned Miss Regatta 2025, emerging victorious among 14 contestants after a night of elegance, confidence and culture on Saturday evening at the Regatta site in Beau Vallon. She received her crown from the Second Princess of Miss Regatta 2023, Silvie Rose, and also walked away with the Miss Kreolite title, further cementing her place as one of the evening’s standout contestants.

Ms Morel, who was contestant number seven, was competing against 13 other young ladies. The pageant’s three segments were swimwear, evening wear and the cultural presentation, in which each contestant showcased her knowledge of Creole heritage.

Nathalia Larue, contestant 12, was crowned First Princess, while Trisha Mondon, contestant 1, took the Second Princess title. Pascalina Ally was named Miss People’s Choice and Most Empowered, while Shaniah Dick won the Miss Best Project award. The judging panel praised the overall quality of the contestants and the depth of their cultural awareness, noting that the next generation of young Seychellois women is well placed to carry forward the values of the Regatta and the country’s Creole identity.
