Seychelles Welcomes Turkish Airlines, Edelweiss, Condor and Discover Airlines for 2025-26 Season

VICTORIA, Seychelles — Tourism Seychelles has announced the return of several key airline partners and the arrival of a new carrier ahead of the 2025–2026 travel season, providing increased capacity and wider access to the islands from Europe and the Middle East. Edelweiss will resume seasonal direct flights from Zurich on September 27, operating through to May 2026.

Turkish Airlines will increase its frequency from three to four weekly flights between Istanbul and Mahé, operating from November 2025 to March 2026. Condor will reinstate its services from Germany starting September 19, 2025, and has extended its season to May 15, 2026, offering additional opportunities for European travellers. Discover Airlines will launch inaugural services to Seychelles on October 25, 2025, operating two flights per week, further broadening access from the European market.

Tourism Seychelles said the expanded airline network complements the long-standing partners already serving the destination. The increased connectivity is expected to support the country’s tourism performance in the peak season, building on the positive momentum recorded in the second and third quarters of 2025. Officials noted that the diversity of routes and carriers reflects growing confidence in Seychelles as a leading Indian Ocean tourism destination.
