
VICTORIA, Seychelles — The Office of the President has announced the appointment of the new National Tender Board and the Procurement Review Panel, in a move aimed at strengthening public procurement oversight.
Audrey Nanon has been reappointed as chairperson of the National Tender Board. The other board members are Jude Commettant, Shane Chang-Seng, Christopher Nicette, William Zarine, Dilip Shah and Derek Rioux. Patricia Rosette is the new chairperson of the Procurement Review Panel, whose other members are Kahaki Judith Jere, Eddy Mancienne, Sylvie Faure and Denis Matatiken. Members of both bodies have been appointed for a three-year period effective January 13, 2025.
The Office of the President has also thanked the outgoing members of the National Tender Board and the Procurement Review Panel for their service. The appointments are part of a regular rotation cycle intended to refresh the membership of the two bodies and bring in new expertise. The new boards are expected to publish their first public activity reports in the coming months.
