Seychelles Defence Forces Seize Dhow Carrying R360 Million Worth of Narcotics

VICTORIA, Seychelles The Seychelles Defence Forces has successfully tracked, intercepted, and boarded a suspect dhow carrying a substantial quantity of narcotics during a coordinated maritime operation involving the Seychelles Coast Guard, Seychelles Air Force, and a Special Forces boarding team with support from the French Navy.

The successful interception of the narcotics-laden dhow carrying opioids and cocaine worth R360 million is a powerful testament to the Seychelles government resolute and uncompromising stance against drug trafficking.
