VICTORIA, Seychelles — The Seychelles National Women’s Volleyball Team has been recognised at the National Awards ceremony, in acknowledgement of the team’s contribution to the country’s sporting reputation and to the development of women’s sport. The award, presented by the Chairperson of the National Awards Committee, Robert Grandcourt, was received on behalf of the team by their representatives and officials.
The event was graced by First Lady Linda Ramkalawan, who joined the ceremony to honour the women athletes whose dedication has inspired a new generation of sportswomen in Seychelles. The team was praised for their shared spirit of discipline, perseverance, and commitment to excellence, both on and off the court.
